Form Rights

This screen is used to give form rights to each activity and users. Based on the rights given here, user will be able to view and access the screens in the user panel based on the activity initiated and user login.

View

After selecting Form Rights from the Credit Policy Management module, User will be shown the main screen where the following fields with data will be visible along with search option to search the forms.

• Form Names
• Actions (Edit)

Edit

Clicking on the Edit icon (Action Column) as highlighted in the above screenshot will redirect the user to the screen where the user can select the business segment first and select the user profiles for each activity as required.

All business segment created are listed with checkbox. User can click on multiple business segments and click on save button.

Now User can navigate to the next tab profiles to select the profiles for each activity. User will land in the below screen to select activity.

As the activity is selected, User lands on the below screen to multi select the users. Based on the form selection, Only the selected user profiles can view the screen which is also based on the activity.

Example:

When the user wants to give rights to RM profile for FOL screen. The business segment and activity should be CIBG and new credit application respectively. Then the below configuration should be done.

User clicks on form rights under credit policy management, click on form rights. User searches the Form name – Facility offer letter in search option and clicks on edit icon. User selects the business segment – CIBG and clicks on save button. User navigates to profile tab and select the activity – new credit application In-progress from dropdown and checks the user profiles – RM profile check box and save it.Now, when RM logins in user panel, User can view FOL form.
